We can’t believe how quickly another year has gone by! It has been a great year at Lexis. As we reflect on the past year, we’d like to share a few highlights with you.

To start off the year, we travelled to Las Vegas! Here, we took part in the International Builders’ Show and the Holmes Group Summit. It was great to connect with fellow homebuilders and see the latest in design trends and innovation.

Later in January, we were honoured to receive the Top Performer Award for our 2022 Show Home, The Apex, at the SRHBA’s Housing Excellence Awards. This past fall, we once again participated in the 2023 Parade of Homes, unveiling our latest floorplan, The Eclipse. We had a ton of fun building this home and appreciate all the feedback we have received. We also welcomed back one of our designers, Courtney, from maternity leave. We are thrilled to have her back and know our clients are, too!

Later in November, we attended an event held by the Saskatoon and Region Homebuilder’s Association. We received a milestone award for 10 years of membership. The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association has served as the expert voice of the residential construction industry in Saskatoon and area since 1955. We are honoured to be a part of of this association and we are grateful for all they work they do in improving our industry.

Overall, it has been a great year. Our team has worked hard – this year we have welcomed new homeowners into acreage, infill and new neighbourhood builds. We have also spent time making improvements to our processes, so that we can continue to offer the best possible experience to our clients. Above all else, our favourite highlight has been working with our clients and building beautiful homes! Seeing homeowners ‘love coming home’ is the greatest gift of all!

If you are thinking of building a new home in 2024, let us know. We would love to be a part of your homebuilding journey.

Cheers to a new year!
