We are excited to introduce our 2024 Lexis Show Home, the Indulge. This year’s show home is different than what we have done in the past few years – both in terms of design and location!
We are once again thrilled to participate in the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association 2024 Parade of Homes. The Parade runs from Saturday, September 14th to Sunday October 20th. This year’s Parade features 18 homes throughout 8 neighbourhoods, built by 13 Certified Home Builders. Each home is staged and professionally decorated so you can see today’s newest trends and innovations in home design. You might even find some cool new features! And the best part – it’s free!
The location
Our 2024 Lexis show home is located on a half-acre lot in beautiful Edgemont Park Estates, five minutes south of the city on Clarence Ave. Edgemont Park is the perfect area to experience the peacefulness of country living while still feeling connected! We chose this neighbourhood for the serenity it offers, while still providing quick and convenient access to city amenities.

Exterior
Immediately, you will notice the modern exterior and large windows. Sleek lines combined with EIFS stucco and maintenance free faux-wood accents give this bungalow modern vibes. 14ft ceilings in the living room and main entry and 10ft ceilings throughout the main floor make the home feel spacious. With large windows throughout the main and basement, the entire home is encompassed with natural light. The main floor includes the primary bedroom and a spacious ensuite with a built-in bench in the shower and free-standing bathtub. It’s the perfect place to relax and refresh! Comfort
The home has superior insulation with R38 walls on the main floor and R28 basement walls. Insulation under the basement slab offers maximum comfort. Additionally, we installed Roxul Safe’n’Sound in the interior walls separating the living room from the primary suite and bathroom. This provides excellent acoustical dampening and is water and fire resistant. Two gas fireplaces offer comfort and warmth. A tankless water heater allows for the best energy efficiency. As a Holmes Approved Homebuilder, all Lexis builds include 3 detailed inspections during the build performed by Mike Holmes approved inspectors.
