We were once again delighted to take part in this year’s Parade of Homes presented by the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association. While the Parade wraps up on October 16th, our show home will remain open for viewing until Spring 2023.

Our show home at 510 Hamm Crescent in beautiful Rosewood features our newest floorplan, The Apex. This floorplan showcases 2,278 square feet of bright, naturally lit space combining contemporary flair and mid-century designs, noted in the gold fixtures throughout the home and terrazzo tile in the ensuite. The home is insulated by R20 insulation in the main house and garage and the basement has been upgraded to R28 insulation. The exterior of the home provides curb appeal with its exterior finishes featuring white siding, stucco and black accents.

Upon entering you will find a built-in bench and spacious mudroom – perfect for kicking your shoes off after a long day. The mudroom leads the way to the attached triple car tandem garage with a drive-through bay and walk-through pantry – both of which offer functionality and convenience.

The kitchen might be one of our favourite areas of the home! The white oak combined with blackberry MDF cabinets and quartz countertops provide just the right amount of contrast. Gold fixturing and a curved island offer some unique details and the large dining area is perfect for entertaining guests. The luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout is durable and easy to clean. From the kitchen you will find access to a covered deck, another space for entertaining on those warm summer days or simply just enjoying some outdoor living.

The ten-foot ceilings in the living room and natural gas fireplace make the room feel spacious, yet cozy. For the fireplace, we opted for a unique fluting detail making this the focal point of the room. The high ceilings allow for tall windows that connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, providing loads of natural light – perfect if you are an indoor plant collector!

Say goodbye to trying to maneuverer furniture through a staircase! An extra wide staircase leading to the second floor is well lit by three vertical windows and beautiful wall sconces. The bonus room contains built-in TV hook ups and offers another area for lounging or curling up to a movie on a cool night. If you need more bedroom space, we’ve got that covered – the bonus room can easily be converted to a fourth bedroom.

In addition to the bonus room, you will find a walk-through laundry room leading way to the large walk-in closet. There is ample storage with closet space for linens, games, or children’s toys. The built-in niches in the bedrooms and bathrooms offer additional areas for storage or décor – it’s up to you!
