We were honoured to attend the 33rd Annual Housing Excellence Awards presented by the Saskatoon & Region Home Builder’s Association on February 8th, 2025 in Saskatoon. Hosted by Whitney Graves and Ryan Sullivan of Rock102, the awards celebrated the achievements of the Association’s professional members who continue to improve and advance the goals of the residential construction community. The event was attended by dignitaries, vendors, and many of the best home builders in Saskatoon.
We would like to thank the SRHBA for their on-going commitment and effort in improving the home building industry in and around Saskatoon. We would also like to extend our gratitude for the organization and preparation of the Housing Excellence Awards. It truly takes a village to organize this event and they knocked it out of the park!
Our team was fortunate to be recognized among many of the best home builders in Saskatoon.
It was an honour to receive the following awards:
- Best Custom Home (2501 -3500 sq. ft.) – a fully custom Modern Tudor infill home created for clients who have a passion for cooking and entertaining, check it out here!
- Best New Home Kitchen (the same home that received the Best Custom Home Award, also received Best New Home Kitchen).
- Best New Production Home Design – Our Indulge floorplan is an accessible bungalow plan, ideal for retirees and those living with mobility issues.
- Best Detached Production Home (1801 – 2100 sq. ft.) – for our Indulge floorplan.
- Parade of Homes Top Performer – for our 2024 Show home, The Indulge. Thank you to all those who have visited our show home over the last several months!
